To Get Paid as an Affiliate You Must Complete Your Sign-up With Strip
Your affiliate payments are sent to you and deposited into your bank account via Stripe, so you must set up Stripe to connect your bank account. Your link to Stripe is found in the “Settings” tab in your Affiliate account.
Affiliate Payouts Are Normally Paid Within 7 Days After Sales
We absorb 3rd party banking fees on the sale of all books, and we’ve set up the most efficient and fastest payment system to your account to pay your affiliate fees as they are earned. Deposits can take a week or longer in the U.S., but once you’ve set up your Stripe account and received an affiliate deposit, your account has passed the security process and the process speeds up so that future deposits happen in as little as two days. Realize we at BooksOnline do not control these funds transfers. We can only initiate them to you, and your banking system does the rest.
Creating Custom Links to Specific Books
When your Affiliate account is approved, you are automatically assigned a unique Affiliate link to the home page of BooksOnline.Club. When you share that link, anyone who uses it will go to the home page, but your Affiliate tracking code is intact behind the scenes and any book they purchase will be credited to you, and you’ll earn 30% for every book they purchase.
Apart from the unique Affiliate URL that you are given once your Affiliate account is approved (which you’ll see when you log into your account), you can also create what we call “Custom Affiliate Links” to specific books in our inventory. To do that go to the landing page of the specific book as though you were going to buy it, and copy the URL at the top of your browser. Now go back to your Affiliate account and select the button that says “Create Custom Link.” Paste the book URL you copied into that custom link field, and hit the button to create your Affiliate link to that book. Now when you share this link with anyone via your YouTube channel, podcast, blog, social media, email, a business card, or any other way, when the recipient uses your custom Affiliate link to purchase that book, you will automatically get credit and earn a 30% Affiliate fee.
Creating QR Codes for Custom Affiliate Links
BooksOnline automatically creates a QR Code for you to the home page of BooksOnline.Club, but if you would like to create a QR code to a specific book, which is a good idea if you are promoting that book, first create your custom link to that book in your Affiliate account, and you can use that custom Affiliate link to create a QR code by going to QR Code Monkey. It’s a free service. Don’t forget to download your QR code and save it so you can easily find it and use it.
Creating a Custom Link to the Affiliate Application
The third kind of Affiliate link you may want to create is a custom Affiliate link to the Affiliate Application page. We’ll have more details later, including a video tutorial, but for now just know that if you refer someone to BooksOnline.Club and they become an Affiliate, there may be future benefits that get triggered because you do this, but they would need to sign up initially as Affiliates with your unique Affiliate link to the Affiliate application.
You can do this easily by creating another custom Affiliate link in your account using this exact URL: https://booksonline.club/affiliate-application/
Do not put this URL in a browser and use the URL that it goes to. Simply copy this URL here exactly as it appears, and immediately go to your Affiliate account and create the custom Affiliate link by pasting this exact URL into the custom link field. Once you’ve completed that process, you’ll see you now have a unique Affiliate link to the Affiliate application page, and you can share this link with others. When they use this link to access the online Application, you will automatically be credited with the referral. We’ll explain the benefits of doing this at a later time and place.
